When people hear “property company”, they often immediately think of buying, selling or traditional lettings.
At Crest & Bravo Estates, we see property a little differently.
A landlord may want reliable long-term income. An investor may want to improve the performance of an existing portfolio. A company might suddenly need accommodation for an employee relocating to Essex. A contractor may need somewhere to stay for several months while completing a project. A developer may need support getting newly completed properties occupied and managed.
These are very different requirements, so why should they all receive the same solution?
That thinking sits at the heart of Crest & Bravo.
We provide a range of property and accommodation services across Essex, including residential lettings, property management, serviced accommodation, holiday and short-term accommodation, relocation accommodation, corporate and contractor accommodation, and temporary accommodation.
Rather than approaching every property with a predetermined strategy, we want to understand three things: the property, the circumstances and the objective.
From there, we can explore the most appropriate solution.
But we're also interested in more than properties.
We're interested in relationships.
