Let 2025 Be the Year of Growth and Empowerment

It’s almost the New Year. It’s a time of reflection and goalsetting for the year ahead. And of course with God’s will we will get there.

Over the course of a few years, (I think) I have mastered how to plan ahead. I would advise all of my connections to break down each aspect of their life looking at different areas such as work, health, relationships, hobbies et cetera and then write a list of what they wish to achieve in those areas. The next part of your planning will be to devise an actual plan detailing how you might reach each milestones in each.

Lastly, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, attend webinars, enrol into courses etc. This has honestly been a game changer for me. If we don’t invest our most avoidable asset (time) into professional and personal development, then how can we expect to reach any life goal?

The webinars I attend are usually only an hour or so long, (some can last a few sessions over a course of a couple of weeks), and many are completely FREE. This evening I am so excited to attend another free webinar that I signed up for which is around impossible goal setting in 2025 where we look at sciences around goal setting and Islamic sciences within achieving these. I really cannot wait, and it cost me nothing!

That is partly another reason why as part of the HR Habitat Academy we are offering free webinars on various workplace topics a month.

My takeaway message to you is this: let 2025 be a year of continual professional and personal development. Invest your time into things that spark your interest and intrigue. There is no other way to feel good about yourself than to arm yourself with knowledge which will empower you to excel in the areas that you set yourself goals in.

Have a good one, stay safe. Peace and love to all.
