So, I work differently.👇
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗜 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗱𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗶𝗻 1, 2, 3 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 1: 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 (𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁, 𝗜 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱).

Once those are done, I grab the next three, grouping things based on urgency, energy, or ease.
It’s less overwhelming 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲, more fluid, and lets me focus without the weight of an unfinished list haunting me.
Oh, and I work from 𝗔5 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗱𝘀—far more creative and freeing than stuffy, structured lists.
