Nothing is wrong.
That's the really hard bit to explain. So you don't.
Your friends think you're thriving. Your partner thinks you're happy. And you can't exactly sit someone down and say "actually, I want more" when the mortgage is paid, the kids are fine, and your career looks exactly like the one you spent fifteen years going after like a demon.
So you still don't say it.
You smile at the "you've got it all sorted" comments. You nod when someone says they wish they had your life. And you carry this thrumming, persistent vibe that something is off, but you can't point at it because nothing is technically wrong.
That's the infuriating part. You're not unhappy enough to justify a change, but you're not happy enough to stop thinking about one either.
You're not ok with 'fine'. You've known that for a while. But you just don't know what to do with it yet, because "I have a good life but I want something different" sounds super ungrateful.
It sounds like a problem you shouldn't have. Like your diamond shoes are too tight etc
Doesn't make it any less real though, does it?
When people say something felt 'weighty', that's not BS is it? Your shoulders do feel heavier. Your eyebrow a bit too bloody furrowed.
What can I do about it? I can help lift that weight.
We work together to uncover or speak out lout what you 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 want and then I help you go get it.
