Everything that happens in our life comes down to the decision we have made.
We spend years wishing.
We spend years hoping.
We spend years trying.
Then comes that moment, when we’re fed up and we make THAT decision.
This is what we call transformation. This is what makes shifts happen.
But many of us live in the grey zone, going about our day, dreaming of more, wanting something to change but FEARING it, waiting for permission, signs, clarity or validation. We spend most of our lifetime in that dark zone, scared of taking that FIRST STEP. That's a sad realisation.
Change, or transformation, doesn’t begin when everything is lined up.
It begins the moment you choose.
Decision is an energetic commitment. It’s when you stop entertaining your old story and begin walking, even if shakily, toward your new one.
When a client tells me they want to attract love, heal a deep emotional wound, or change a generational pattern around money or self-worth, the first thing I ask is:
Have you decided?
Not whether they know how yet. But whether they’ve truly said “yes” to themselves.
Because decision is magnetic. It begins to draw in what’s aligned and repel what no longer fits. It sends a clear signal, to your nervous system, your subconscious, and yes, the universe, that you’re available for something different now.
Decision Matters because:
Decision doesn’t mean you’ll never feel fear again. It means you’ve chosen to move forward anyway, irrespective of others’ opinions and thoughts.
So, if there’s an area in your life, love, healing, career, worth that feels stuck…
Ask yourself gently:
Have I truly decided that something gets to change?
Because that decision is the doorway. And everything on the other side is waiting for you to walk through.
Being “the strong one” is burning you out.
You overthink. Stay quiet. Then replay it all later.
