Summary
I am a property investor operating in the southeast and southwest of England. I source, convert, and then refinance the properties. My portfolio includes HMOs and traditional buy-to-lets. I'm looking for joint venture partners to invest in developments up to around 15 flats, mainly in the southeast. If you are a developer, we could discuss venturing together and, if our business ideals align, discuss this further.
Alternatively, if you do not want to go the 'whole hog' but have a smaller sum, I pay 10% interest per annum. I am looking for investors, and after you Self-certify (a legal requirement because we are not FCS listed), I will provide a legal Loan Note Instrument so that you are legally protected, paying you interest every quarter. After the project is finished, I can either reimburse you the full borrowed amount or you can keep the contract going. I am a family man with four daughters. I believe in treating people with respect, conducting my business in a spirit of goodwill, and striving to have a mutually happy and prosperous relationship with my investors.
