Drawing on more than two decades of experience across policing, security, health and safety, risk management and corporate governance, I help organisations move beyond compliance reporting to gain a clearer understanding of operational reality. My work focuses on strengthening governance, improving assurance, identifying weaknesses in information flow and supporting better strategic decision-making.
