"I have worked with David over a period of 5 months on issues to do with eating and self confidence through his hypnotherapy gastric band course. Not only are my eating habits changed and I have lost weight but I am now motivatated to be more active and as a result my confidence about my self image has grown. Since starting the course I have lost 2 stone and am continuing to loose weight at about 1lb a week which is a perfect, healthy rate.
